1、
DeNA has announced that Pokemon Masters will be receiving more story content soon. It will be available in the game on 25th February at 6:00 am here in the UK, though it will vary slightly depending on your location. It will add Chapters 22, 23 and 24 to the Main Story.

The last story update was back in November last year, which saw the additions of chapters 19 through 21. It also gave players the opportunity to grab a free Sync Pair for beating those missions in Calem & Espurr.

That means we can presumably expect a similar deal this time around. The banner for the announcement in-game features Valerie who is a gym leader that appeared in Pokemon X and Y. Valerie specialises in fairy Pokemon in that game so her potential arrival would make her only the second Sync Pair of that typing, with the other being Mina & Granbull.

So, time for a little speculation then. The three Pokemon she has in her possession when you battle her in X and Y includes Mawile, Mr. Mime and Sylveon. The other times you can face her in the Battle Chateau she is sans Mr. Mime, so hopefully, that means it'll be either Mawile or Sylveon because they're far less unsettling.

If I had to guess, I'd say they'd go with Mawile because it's capable of mega evolving and DeNA have enjoyed adding mega Pokemon to the game because it pairs well with the Sync Move mechanic. On top of that, Leaf & Eevee were recently added to the game so they might not want to add one of its evolutions so soon after.

Of course, this could all be wrong and they could pair her up with an entirely different fairy-type altogether. For instance, in the anime, she has a Spritzee, so it could go down that route with evolution into an Aromatisse a possibility. This all hinges on whether or not she even gets added as a free Sync Pair in the first place, naturally. But a little speculation is a good way to start the morning.

Pokemon Masters is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
Need some pals to tackle the co-op missions? We've plenty of friend codes over here
2、
Dead Cells has had a new update on mobile devices, adding a plethora of new content to bring it up to the 1.6v patch of the game on PC and console.

The Legacy Update for Dead Cells introduces Boss Cell 5, a new tier of cells that increases the difficulty of enemies as well as additional modifiers such as making it easier to get Malaise and only being able to get flask recharges from food shops.

There’s also a new biome, the Cavern, which contains a series of carved tunnels with a greenish visual tint to it. The Cavern also introduces new enemies to throw you around; the bulky armoured Ground Shaker, the crow-like Slammers, and the hand-shaped abominations the Arbiters. The Legacy Update also adds in the Giant, a huge three-phase boss who punches, charges and slams into you with great power.

To counter these new challenges, Dead Cells has also added new weapons to fight them with. The Giantkiller, Magic Missiles and War Javelins are such new additions, and they pack a large punch, but you’re also now able to use the dainty Vorpan, a frying pan-like weapon that inflicts critical hits when attacking enemies from the front.

Dead Cells’ Legacy Update also includes new skills; the Great Owl of War and Giant Whistle, as well as the new mutations Open Wounds and Berserker, which are passive modifiers that replace stat-based secondary effects. And to top it all off, there are new outfits you can change into by paying a visit to the Tailor.

This is just part one of Playdigious’ plans to update Dead Cells to put it more in line with the PC and console versions of the game. The Legacy Update is part one of this initiative, with the game’s Bad Seed DLC coming in early 2021 and a further content update to be announced later that summer.

Download Dead Cells from the iOS App Store and Google Play for Android.
Read our list for the best adventure games available on Android.TikTakTime
3、
Game Insight has just announced My Country 3D. It's an updated, 3D-ified city building sim that lets you swoop around your creations, zipping from a bird's eye view right down to street level.

I got some hands-on time with the game on a recent trip to Latvia, and what I saw was certainly interesting. The rhythm of play has been shifted slightly, with a focus on little quests and personalisation.

The spaces here are enormous. You start with the core of a city, and can spread over vast swathes of land, stretching out to shoreline communities that need refurbishment and building huge skyscrapers.

There are various levels of customisation on all of the buildings, and the more intricate your creations the more they'll cost to put up.

On top of the large scale creation, there are smaller, more intimate things to deal with. Plants in your cities die, fire hydrants burst, your inhabitants get sad if they spend too much time alone.

Zooming in and dealing with these problems extends the tap-to-build play sessions and ensures you've always got something to do, whether it's sending out an engineer or picking up a gloomy gus and letting him play some table tennis on a roof terrace.

The UI here is simple and unobtrusive, letting you pinch and swipe to look around. Taps and long presses let you interact with the world, and the menus are clear and easy to understand.

The mix between sandbox gameplay and the way you unlock new buildings offers an interesting dual-scope, but in the early build I played the two didn't always gel seamlessly together.

My Country 3D wants to be the next step for the casual city-builder, and it certainly feels like it's moving in the right direction.

The game is slated for a release on iOS sometime later in the year, and it'll be interesting to see whether Game Insight can transfer its vision for the game into a truly engaging experience.

Even within the first seven days, as you can sample with the free trial version, you'll go from being an unarmed worker in the wastes to the leader of a gang of miners, guards and wood cutters.

- On the first day she was able to go for a drive Gilbert took her down to Four Winds Point, and left her there while he rowed over the channel to see a patient at the fishing village.
